ATTENTION all my mechanic friends i need some suggestions or ideas: i am working on a 2000 ford f150 i just changed the rear calipers,brakes,rotors the rubber lines going to the calipers and a couple brake lines on the rear. when the truck arrived at my shop it appears the back brakes havent worked in a very long time due to the amount of rust on the rotors and both calipers were froze up and one of the brake lines had been pinched off. here is the problem i am having i have been trying to bleed the rear brakes and i am not getting one drop of fluid to the back, we have tried leaving the bleeders open over night, we tried pumping the pedal what seems like a thousand times and we have tried vacuum bleeding the lines and still nothing. and the pedal is hard. any and all suggestions and ideas are welcome! Im also thinking it could be a bad master cylinder or possibly the valve in the abs is stuck not allowing the fluid to go to the rear.
