ATV/UTV News: The Okanogan Forest service has opened all the roads to ATV traffic (although some are subject to seasonal closures as before). All vehicles must have the new licenses as per the law that went into effect in August. They will ticket those without the new plates. Also, Okanogan County was forced to withdraw the two ordinances they passed in July and August opening almost all county roads. They will be revisiting those roads and hopefully opening most of them after a SEPA hearing as per the new law. This does not affect any of the routes that were open prior to that time.
