Aida Cruises, the German subsidiary of the Carnival Group, is the leading player in the German cruise market covering destinations from South America to Europe and from Asia to the Caribbean, with 10 ships in 2014/2015. The contracts begin with a rehearsal period of between 5 and 7 weeks in Hamburg, followed by up to 6 month contract on any of their ships including AIDAbella, AIDAviva, AIDAblu, AIDAstella, AIDAaura, AIDAvita, AIDAcara We are looking for LEADING SOLOIST SINGERS All need strong voices and personalities with strong looks and style. Exciting and charismatic performers with good movement ability. Must be able to command a stage, and have excellent stamina and energy. APPLICANTS MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE. All cast should vocally encompass a wide variety of genres of pop/rock/modern musical theatre, with a talent for harmonies. Male roles M1 Tenor M2 Tenor/Baritone M3 Baritone Female roles F1 Mezzo/alto F2 Soprano/mezzo F3 Lyrical soprano AND MALE DANCERS Versatile and strong trained dancers with excellent stage presence and technique. AIDA Cruises does not reimburse the costs for this training. However, the artiste might be able to deduct this from their taxes at the end of the year. The course is offered here in Hamburg, Germany.
