After Ms. Hannigan and her partners in crime are taken off to jail, in sweeps Child Welfare Commissioner Harriet Doyle to inform Daddy Warbucks, that he must marry in sixty days so the newly adopted Annie can have a proper mother. With the Commissioner, Annie and Warbucks all having different ideas on who he should marry, another fun and exciting adventure begins as the search is on for the perfect bride and mother.
