Most assumed the album would be released shortly thereafter to capitalize on the groups popularity, but it took 13 years to get it out. Live At the Hollywood Bowl was issued in 1977, seven years after the Beatles broke up...1965-The Beatles 2nd movie, HELP! premiered in New York City. Both the movie and the soundtrack were big hits...1966-The Beatles returned to Shea Stadium in New York where they had made a landmark appearance the year before. This time the there were approx. 11,000 seats unsold, but there were still 45,000 fans on hand. Top ticket price was $5.75...1968-In London, when the Beatles showed up at the Abbey Road Studios to work on music for the White album, Ringo Starr was absent. Ringo felt his time with the Beatles was over. He was fed up with the bands bickering, so he walked out. Thats why hes not featured on a few of the songs from those recording sessions.
