AUNTIE SHEILA and UNCLE ALAN . My late Aunt and Uncle. Aunt Sheila looking beautiful, like a classic movie star and uncle Alan looking dapper. He looks like our Nick Spooner I think.! Lovely amazing people who we were privileged to have grace this planet. They are loved and remembered by many. Sheila for many decades worked for the legendary Hollywood film director Stanley Kubrick and his lovely wife as the cleaner at their home near St Albans Hertfordshire. Auntie Sheila was such a down to earth salt of the earth type who was not too impressed by celebrity. She looked after the Kubrick family and their guests including Stephen Spielberg, Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman. I was absolutely star stuck by her stories of who was staying at the Kubrick home but all she was concerned about was the Right Bloody mess they left. It was sad to lose them but a great privilege to know them. Some great words said at her homecoming and to see family and friends and Mrs Kubrick and their children and grandchildren
