AUSTIN, TX. - Funeral Parade with all-female dark punk band KURRAKÄ on Friday, March 21. No cover. Doors at 9pm. Funeral Parade is every 3rd Friday of the month and is usually a dj event that features deathrock//post-/-punk//traditional gothic rock. Kurrakä probably at 11:30pm. Well go til 2am. The dj portion of the event will comprise a tribute to Rudimentary Peni and related/Outer Himalayan artists (S-Haters, Magits, Part 1, Soft Drinks, Fire in the Head...) Film/visuals will be provided by the Austin Horror Society. Well be having a BYOB in-store get-together/pre-party at Secret Oktober beforehand from 5pm-8pm.
