AUTHORITY in the Spirit is increased in every trial that you overcome! Every trial carries the potential of gaining new ground and new authority in the spirit realm, so it is a means for expansion. When trials come, go low in dependence on the Lord, listening for His Word on the situation, declaring it by faith and keep your eyes on the end-result! Rejoice in the Lord and worship your way through to your victory in the power of the Holy Spirit. We cannot receive the title of overcomer without having something to overcome and mostly the one thing we have to deal with is your own flesh – what I think, what I feel and what I choose. Remember, our authority comes out of our being hidden IN CHRIST as our identity. As we surrender every trial, as well as our fleshly reactions to the Lord in total dependence, trusting Him to work it our for our good, the pressure is taken off and we can have peace and joy in the middle of the crisis until He manifests His glory in it.
