AUTUMN CRAFT FAIR AT HADFIELD HALL Friends of Hadfield Hall are holding their third annual Autumn Craft Fair in Hadfield Hall on Saturday November 2nd. Running from 10 - 4 in the hall over Hadfield Library (entrance at the Library on Railway St, Hadfield), entry is free, and the Community Room under the Library will also be open serving drinks and light refreshments, with home-made soup from 12 - 2. All stalls are now pre-booked and will showcase a wide range of locally-made crafts. Goods on sale will include hand-crafted seasonal decorations, jewellery, knitted and sewn gifts and hand-dyed yarns, cards and silk scarves, wooden gifts and pyrography, as well as tempting home-made cakes and mini-bites, jams and chutneys. Organiser Joy Hallsworth said “ Our November Craft Fair is very popular with people looking for locally made, high-quality Christmas gifts. There’s something for all age groups, everyone is welcome. There will also be a raffle, and the event will help support our fundraising to maintain and improve services for the many users of our well-used and recently refurbished community rooms in Hadfield.” For further information please contact Joy Hallsworth on joy.hallsworth@gmail telephone 01457 865236.
