AV Sales/ Business Manager Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Preparing BOQ Bill of Quantity 2. Preparing BOM Bill of Material 3. Business Development 4. Sales & Marketing 5. Key Accounts 6. Client Relationship 7. Product Handling 8. Integration of Conference Room or Board Room 9. Lead Generation 10. Projector/LCD/AV 11. Achievement of sales value on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis for Audio & Visual products and solutions through channels and direct account in upcountry. 12. Developing and managing channels for entire product category across Karnataka. 13. Plan for material for standard products and APOs. 14. Training, Motivating and development of dealers to ensure the competency to handle the product sales, Arranging territory based promotional events along with partners 15. Working for reduction of Dealer working capital , Analysis of secondary sales , Distributor stock and plan to improve the same. 16. Developing and managing channels for entire product category across Karnataka and achieve planned sales value through them. 17. Promoting the products through DGS&D in GOVT segments 18. Price negotiation. 19. Adept in market / sales forecasting, exploiting business opportunities in the domain of Government, Corporate, Institutional & Channel Sales. 20. Altering the product configurations to meet customer needs. 21. Liaising with customers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements. 22. Coordinating with teams to understand customer requirements and promote sale of company products. 23. Overseeing the sale of products requiring extensive technical expertise and support for installation and use. 24. Proposing the improved materials or machinery to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs and increase productivity. 25. Delivering technical presentations for explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers. Strategic Planning Analyzing & reviewing the market response / requirements and communicating the same to the teams for accomplishment of the business goals. Establishing short term / long term budgets and designing business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation & realise corporate goals. Project Sales Mapping requirements and providing best solutions involving evaluation and definition of scope of project and finalisation of project requirements. Preparing presentation & proposals for new projects based on site visits, study of clients requirement to be acquired for negotiation & finalization of contracts. Business Development Reaching out to the unexplored markets / groups for business expansion. Exploring new business opportunities in various segments in the states. Implementing services plans / policies for the organization, organizing promotional campaigns and ensuring accomplishment of business goals. Customer Relationship Management Building & maintaining relations with clients, generating business from the existing accounts, achieving profitability and sales growth. Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business. Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate. Experience: 2-5 years. Male candidates preferred.
