***AVERAGE RATED**** Buffy is a 7-year-old sweetie who does not demand a lot from life. When she has good food, a soft bed, and people who love her, Buffy is the picture of contentment. Buffy had all of those things when she woke up on 9/14 and had been enjoying them for some time. When she went to sleep that night---if she was able to get to sleep---she was in a harsh metal cage within Brooklyn ACC, surrounded by terrible sounds and wondering what the heck happened. Buffy was brought to the shelter because of "landlord issues" and this poor girl is utterly traumatized. Despite her fear she has shown excellent manners in the shelter and should adjust to a new family with minimal fuss. She is the kind of good dog who dies every day at the hands of the ACC. Her time is up tomorrow unless someone can step up for her tonight.
