AWAY FROM US Im expected to understand that you are no longer with us. Expected to understand that you and I will never again cross paths. Expected to understand that those 16 years were an extra bonus. Im expected to understand that you can never sit in my lobola negotiations, drive in my Mercedes Benz, remind me how to use (di) pampers, assure that if he hurts me youll break his legs, read my babies their bed time stories. Im expected to understand that all that are merely unattainable desires, unattainable goals, unattainable dreams. To me, theyre more like nightmares. In fact, for all that I dont give a rats ass. I just want to understand why God had to take you away from us. Why did He give you all those blessings, those talents, tose abilities, those tasks. Why did He give you all those just to take you away from us? I would like to understand why God made you carry a dompass, get married by the Kokotas produce for them offsprings for which you alsp produced your teachings. So good they were passed on to generations. Why did He give you all of this just so He can take you away from us? I know we gave you countless migraines, thatscause we got comfort in your presence. Spending time with you was always pure bliss. You were our compass, our only source of life directions. Thats why I cannot understand why God had to take you away from us. I know that death is what we all face. To others its just a phase. In mind I always have an illustration of your face as you laid upward in your burial box. Altough others say you looked at peace, I wanted to awake you so Icould hear your voice So because I want to understand why God took you away from us, I ask you to please seek, from Him, the answers and communicate them to me through dreams.
