AWESOME HOUSE, AWESOME ROOM, AWESOME LOCATION AND AWESOME HOUSEMATES AVAILABLE SOON. Unfortunately due to work circumstances Im having to move out of my room in Brunswick. This is an amazing house, with 4 excellent sized bedrooms, a quality kitchen, dinng room and living room space. The only down side is the one bathroom (which is nice and big), however housemates work at different times of the day so its always generally free. The house has a nice garden complete with BBQ, couches and table tennis. There is also a back alley way which leads to a driveway in the back for a car. We also have a little out house out the back for storage and a front garden with pond/seating area. Housemates, currently good friends of mine 1 English, 1 Kiwi both 28 males and a new San Francisco female addition. Awesome people, both professional. Love there sport, work through the week and head out to social events at the weekend. They are my good friends so whoever takes the room will be a friend of mine also. Id suggest somebody looking for a nice house with professional minded people during the week and social head during the weekend to apply for this house you wont be dissapointed. The house is just off Lygon street, 50 metres from the tram to the city and 2 km in the other direction is Brunswick train station.
