AYITI OUR SACRED AFRIKAN BLOOD LAND FAR AWAY FROM OUR MOTHERLAND - TopicsExpress

AYITI OUR SACRED AFRIKAN BLOOD LAND FAR AWAY FROM OUR MOTHERLAND . The thoughts that you harbor in your mind, the thoughts that you continually faced with, will become you. Ayiti, ‘sacred earth’ in the Fon African language, ‘mother of earth’ in the Taino-Arawak Native American language. Has had a long dreadful history of destruction and political violence. A great African nation, whose warriors stands as the beacon light of freedom; are captured in a frightful; state of mind. There is an anger that’s disturbing the mind and soul of the Haitian people. Wives and husbands, parents and children, fathers and sons, mother and daughter, brothers and sister, employees and employers are all separated at the will of greed, lust, jealousy, envy and hate. That anger grows powerful as our conditions worsen; as if we are condemn to violence and corruption. This anger is exactly what’s preventing the connection we need to bring about real change. I know how imperfect we are as a nation, and yes we are far behind the beauty we are destined to be. But I know and believe with all of my heart and soul; God shall crown our fathers and bathe our mothers with success for our resilience and silence as we forgive ourselves and others for the injustice and poverty that exile us from our own land. It’s time to make our voices heard and our forces felt, through a disciplined demonstration of understanding and compassion for one another. Our African brothers and sisters have suffered long enough at the hands of injustice in all corners of the west. It’s time to stand firm and provide a base where all Africans of the west can call home. Ayiti. The Haitian bourgeoisie, you need to maintain equilibrium to not only focus on your own growth and development, but to prevent the exploitations of the millions living in poverty right under your nose. You are blessed to be in a position to contribute toward the growth and development of Gods children. So why don’t you? Those who are poor. You must transform your thoughts, ways and actions into a rich positive state of mind; you must encourage, embrace and protect our bourgeoisies. So the openly invest in you. We have to get rid of these negative feelings and thoughts. Our fight is not against the rich or against the poor. The true battle is our struggle to understand ourselves and to openly demonstrate genuine compassion for others. Haiti is at a state where, we the people cannot afford to hate one another. I march forward with a faithful step, fully assured these words are justify upon the clearest principles and statistics. Haiti has suffered 32 coups, ranked first for highest domestic corruption 2006, 78% of the people are poor, half the children under 5 are malnourished, 37.9% of the population is unable to read and write, compared to 12% in the rest of Latin America, nearly 70% of teachers are unqualified to teach let alone be role models. You and I, my friend has shared the suffering, humiliation, and blame long enough. We ought to be ashamed of ourselves. We need to accept our guilt and stop blaming the condition of ourselves and country on others. To neglect our current condition is disobedience to God. No nation shall be in our condition. W e have to fast and pray with passionate conviction, a pure heart and a clear mind, that Haiti is released of all her inequities and forgiving for her cruel and inhumane ways. Enough bloodshed on our soil. The great African priest Abbé Raynal preached in his revolutionary doctrine, “If self-interest alone prevails with nations and their master, there is another power. Nature speaks in louder tones than philosophy or self-interest.” We have to accept the real truth. The success of a nation is dictated by its people and they way of life. We have failed democracy as Haitian citizens. We believe the government is an instrument used to do as one pleases, when in truth the strength of the government is fueled by the will power and humility of the people. We are imprisoned in our smaller selves, thinking only of making our current condition comfortable; when in reality we are destroying all hope of change for the future. We need to awaken to our true selves and see the situation in Haiti cannot be identified with only one ideology. The rich have to become the poor and the poor have to become the rich, to truly understand one another fears. We have to be one to understand we all have pain, suffering and fears lurking in the corner of our lives. Our daily lives, thoughts and ways contribute greatly to Haiti’s political and economical crisis. It’s time to look deep within, to see how we can change. It’s time to transform our minds so we may overcome the greed, jealousy, lust, envy and hate that envelopes our nation. Now it’s time to create a nation, it’s time to finish the job that was started for us, it’s time to have a nation full of hope and joy, knowledge and wisdom and understanding. Now is the time for the world to see the wonders of the moving spirit of men of courage, wisdom and peace. With this new profound faith, we will be able to live together, work together, laugh and sing with one another, and fight our struggles together to overcome these demons that divide us. We are the guardian of this sacred land, Ayiti. Let’s awaken our minds to unite our souls so we may develop the fruits of love, to cleanse our spirit to allow you to be a true Haitian, a guardian of the mother of the earth. Ayiti……….
