Aaaaand...I may have just witnessed a kidnapping. I hear screaming out in the driveway and I look out in time to see a little kid in the lap of someone in a black car as they pulled out of my neighbors driveway and sped off down the street. Neighbor lady tries to grab the car and screams and cries then runs across the street to her brothers house. Its amazing how a nice, quiet neighborhood that Ive lived in for fifteen years can turn ghetto with just one neighbor.
