Aaah, ah modern day Minstrel. Gentlemen, take a noble lady by the hand, and prepare to dance a lovely jig with her. Or maybe guide her towards the dinner table, where a roasted boar is lying on a great dish, filling the air with a sweet aroma, pushing aside the smoke from the torches and the open firespace. As the evening moves by, you look outside the big arched windows, to look at the stars at a dark sky, that lies like a shroud around the castle on top of the hill. You hear the river murmuring against the mighty rocks that carry the fortress. Medieval is not a way to point out a period in history, or stuff coming from that time. No. Medieval is a feeling. A way of life. Its the right to stand in the world where you want, if you have the courage to face darker people. Its the freedom of working your land all day in the sun and rain, knowing that youll be amongst friends tonight at the marketplace around the fire. Its sitting behind your computer, longing for a sword in your hand, and a beer in your cup, and a princess in your castle. ~Jacques De Molay
