Aaah, the inherit problem with the idea that the constitution is translatable and legislative controls can be levied upon freedoms regardless of constitutional confines and the base principal of being a free person. IM GOING TO SAY THIS ONE MORE TIME!!!! The banning of any type of marriage is constitutionally the same as banning any type of firearm, or limiting any type of legitimate business effort. Its counter productive and an invasive and illegal act of government. So here is the deal, you cant demand one and oppose the other. You have the unabridged right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. This is determined BY YOU, and nobody else. SO, IF THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT RECOGNIZE YOUR RIGHT TO HAPPINESS AND WISHES TO DENY YOU YOUR RIGHT TO PURSUE LIFE ON YOUR PERSONAL TERMS, THEN YOU NO LONGER HAVE TO RECOGNIZE THE GOVERNMENT AS AUTHORITY OVER YOUR LIFE, AS THEY DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO LICENSE OR LIMIT YOUR FREEDOMS AND ATTEMPTS TO DO SO ARE A CRIME. And I want you ALL to remember that when you start trying to deny others the right to live life on their own personal terms because you see no reason in their actions which in practice and exercise affect nobody in positive or adverse measure except themselves.
