Aaccording to a report by the Russian daily Kommersant from yesterday (Tuesday), the Ukraine, the Netherlands, Belgium and Australia made an agreement last Friday, Aug. 8, to not disclose the result of the investigation about the Malaysia Airlines Boing 777 crash in Estern Ukraine almost four weeks ago. According to Yuri Boychenko, spokesman for the Ukranian public prosecutor, the disclosure of information is only possible if all parties agree, as he expressed at a press conference in Kiev on August 10. Even after the conclusion of the investigations, results may only be disclosed if consenus among the parties prevails. All signatory states will retain the right to veto publication of the results, withouth justification. So far, according to unconfirmed sources, Malaysia has categorically refused to sign the Agreement.
