Aarya Masale Basic terms: · We don’t collect any deposit from our distributors · We don’t provide any credit to our distributors · All procurement is paid against the invoice · Marketing support is provided · Sales support is provided based on the investment made · Distributors will be provided authorization certificate and agreement on stamp papers under the jurisdiction of Gurgaon. HR Investment Requirement: · Option A: the minimum investment has to be Rs 2,00,000.00 mix of all products, If the distributors require sales support. · Option B: the minimum investment can be from Rs 20000.00 mix of all products but the sales support will not be provided. Documents Requirement: · Two passport size photograph · ID Proof (Issued by the govt) · Address Proof (Issued by the govt) · PAN Card of the company · Last six months bank statement of the company or personal. Godown and Office Requirement: · Min 50 to 100 Sq Ft Godown Space · Dedicated Mobile Number · One Two Wheeler for delivery Fees: · There is a one time documentation fee per category (Eg; Documentation fee for Tea is Rs 1000 though there are 5 brands in them we charge them as one as they belong to same category) Margin Details: · Please find the enclosed excel sheet and login to our website for pictures, our website . · The taxes in the excel sheet is calculated for Haryana Sales, For you area please let us know the state you are from so that we will make the necessary changes and will resend them with proper taxes and margin. Distributorship Process: · If you are interested in the products and want to go forward, please send us an email with the area of interest, all our distributorship is monopoly so please make sure with us whether the district or the area is available if not we will reply to the email about the availability. · Once we receive the email we will send you the application to fill and send us with the required documents along with the Demand Draft for the document fee as per the number of categories you are planning to take, on the exact amount for it we will let you in the progress. · Upon receiving the Documents and Demand Draft we will email you the draft copy of the agreement. · You need to place an purchase order with the demand draft for it · Upon the clearance of the payment you will receive the products in 14 to 15 business days from the day the payment is cleared. · The transport will be either made to your door or to the nearest Godown of the transport company where you need to pick it up, There is no transport fee.
