Abbas is the person responslibe for implementing the Hamas-PLO Political Compact: 1 Abbas is not the King of Palestine 1.1 Abbas is not in possession of powers other than what are granted to to the Office of Hamas-PLO Political Compact Office of the President. 1.2 Abbas powers as PLO President are vis-a-vis that membership of being worthless vis-a-vis Hamas & MANCAT 1.3 Abbas powers as Fatah Cheif are vis-a-vis that membership of being worthless vis-a-vis other PLO member agencies; Being worthless vis-a-vis Hamas Organiztion; Being worthless vis-a-vis MANCAT 1.4 Abbas powers as the expired PLO subsidiary organ of PA are worthless & not recognized by MANCAT 2 Unacceptable: Reiterate, Its not the agency failure regardless of what it is titled; 2.1 Its leadership failure when governance fails 3 Unacceptable: Incompetance of the staff Abbas has appointed to be glossed over though press release blame game 3.1 Leadership is management of political administration aka government of officials should be fired & replaces when incompetance & corruption is self-evident. 4 Unacceptable: Cronyism & neoptism; 4.1 Governance has to be merit based of vetting officials through actual job performance 5 Unacceptable: Preventive Security Services being deployed to silience media, press, & TV reporters; Keeping everyone in the dark intellectually is self-evident that their is an insidious agenda vis-a-vis the people, individually & collectively. 5.1 Information avails constituents to discuss the issues as the means discern the difference between fallacious premises & vaild premises of proposed acton vis-a-vis self-determination of the UNGA 181 State of Palestine 6 Unacceptable: Unconditional cooperation with IDF; 6.1 Cooperation has to be the means to effect IDF compliance with 1993 Oslo through respect Palestinian Human Rights & Civil Rights as opposed to granting IDF license to act with impunity
