Abby Issues This evening while watching television with my mother we heard a strange yowling sound coming from the washroom. Where Abbys litter box is. She was in there and stopped making the noise. At first I did not think much of it but then we heard it again, a few minutes later. She kept going back and forth to the litter box. Over and over again. Something was wrong and I could not let her suffer, not even for a moment if there was something I could do. I called the Delbrook Animal Hospital here in North Vancouver and we took her there for a 9PM appointment. A quick examination she looked to be ok but we needed to know if it was something more serious. I was not going to wait, couldnt so we did: *A full x-ray * Urine * Blood work The x-ray came back and showed everything to be normal. Kidneys, heart, lungs and also nothing obstructing anything. However, there was something up with her urine and it looked to him to be a bladder infection which is being sent off. She has medication now and was given a few shots while at the clinic. Im not sure how she got the infection and it pains me a great deal. I was a complete mess down there as vets scare me to death after all the problems with Lucy, I was doing worse than Abby was. Personality wise, she is just fine and her normal self but clearly has an infection. I have her pills to help her get better and will know more tomorrow. If there is more for her that needs to be done it will be done. I dont care about the cost all I care about is her doing better. I know this was a long rant but I needed to vent. Thank you
