I have a well planned programme to transform this state and Aba in particular. We are going to start work on roads in Aba and other parts of the state a day after I am sworn in as the governor of the state.” While reacting to reports that a particular candidate has been anointed to rule Abia state, Otti said “Human beings can anoint someone but the highest is the one that comes from God and not by man. Willie Obiano has done in Anambra state and I promise not to disappoint Abia people.” Also speaking at the occasion, National Chairman of APGA, Chief Victor Umeh said only APGA has the capacity to bring the needed change in Abia state.
