Abigails had a steady day today. Did some great work with the physios moving from the bed to her chair and doing some breathing exercises by blowing bubbles in water. She has been busy making a mosaic, watched Frozen twice and had crackers with cheese and some mini cheddars. Last night she decided she was bored and asked her nurse if she could go down the corridor on her bed, the response was no. So when the ward sister went past, she called her over and asked the same question, when she was told no again, she took the matter further and wanted to know who was in charge and in the end spoke to one of the doctors. All being well, he agreed that she could have some time out of PICU and in the playroom on the ward tomorrow! The crafty little so and so!!
