#Abiyamọ If many of the religious institutions and their clerics in Nigeria had anything useful and truthful to offer the people, corruption would have either been eradicated or minimized in the country. But what do you see? What is their impact? They are part and parcel of the problems. Mega problems. You see some comedians masquerading as Gods spokespersons, these are people who are so corrupt they cannot even see their hands dripping with blood. They are so corrupt they see the proceeds of their corruption as manna from heaven. They are so corrupt they mingle with the most corrupt of the political class and they see their unprecedented access to the corridors of power as a seal of divine approval. These childish minds with superfluous robes claim to be in possession of powers from above but they become silent during national health emergencies and never visit teaching hospitals to carry out their outlandish fakeries they call mirables (what do you get when you mix a miracle and a fable?). If you cannot see the connection/ correlation between the utter uselessness of the many of these clerics (working in tandem with the satanic politicians) and the sheer negative impact and the destructive tendencies they have on the minds of the zombified populace and the spiralling levels of corruption, poverty, disease and injustice in the land, then your eyes never sharpen. The political class rob the people of their future while the religious tricksters rob the people of their souls as they do not only make the people dead mentally, they discourage every attempt at thinking outside the cage they have so meticulously created and welded so tightly that even professors of metallurgical engineering believe demons are the cause of epileptic power supply. How potent is their grip on the minds of a daturastramonified people. Only the truth can set one free but that is if one is even aware of the chains of falsehood. For Nigeria to become a superpower, all the merchants of evil and the peddlers of falsehood in the land must be exterminated for they are nothing but vermin, parasites of humanity, the lowest of the low fit only for the deepest bowels of Hades.
