About 6 presidents are to grace the inauguration ceremony of newly elected president Professor Peter Arthur Mutharika and veep Saulos Clause Chilima at the Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre tomorrow. According to Chairperson of the organizing committee, Henry Mussa, President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe, Pohamba are among others who have confirmed of their presence at the ceremony. Former President of Malawi, Bakili Muluzi, Former Vice President, Justin Malewezi and Khumbo Kachali will also be present. Mussa said that United Democratic Front (UDF) president, Atupele Muluzi, National Salvation Front (NASAF), James Mbowe Nyondo, Mark Katsonga Phiri of Peoples Progressive Movement and Davies Katsonga of Chipani Cha Pfuko (CCP), Professor John Chisi of Umodzi Party (UP) have also confirmed of their presence. The ceremony is scheduled to start at 9 am and Mussa has said other presidents will make communications later tonight. Mussa has since called on all Malawians to grace the occasion saying it marks the wrath of new leadership. Mutharika and Chilima were sworn in at Blantyre High Court on Saturday.
