About Damn Tim For Some Good News......Today is a good day - my team just had its annual surprise inspection by Best Western International Corporation....My team just nailed it out of 1,000 possible points they earned 990 points, they could not find anything wrong with our staff, services and property, but pitted sidewalks outside due to years of salt melt tossed down, so they took 10 points away. I am very proud of this not for myself but for my team - this status is the Chairmans Award Level - the highest status you can achieve within the Best Western Corporation scores. This is graded on employee brand awareness, customer service scores, building and operational cleanliness and condition of the property and overall maintenance.....in the three years I have been here we have score in the 920 - 940 range but we have missed the Chairmans Award. I am proud of my team and the job they are doing - nice job team Mark MacDonald
