About. ETSY I do not recommend this site for any items or purchases. There is no phone contact info, my order is incorrect and company refuses to contact me by phone or provide a number where they can be reached. In addition they sent me someone elses order which I have sent forward but are dancing around my a issues which is a full refund by way of a a rtn label to be sent to me so we can action this return. this needs to be resolved ASAP. My credit card company has been contacted to pull this charge back even if it is only $15 plus change. never trust a company that has no phone info. ITSY u r in no a eBay far from it u need to get involved and resolve this issue with the companies u represent. And establish phone numbers and refund processes
