Responsibilities include: • Manage project execution for large scale HR initiatives across all areas of HR (Compensations, Benefits, HRIS, Organization, Talent Management, Learning, and Development) • Identify opportunities for new and/or improved solution configurations across multiple program platforms. Identify and leverage appropriate subject matter experts to define, develop and deploy new solutions. • Drive communication flow and rhythm with all constituents to ensure project success. • Support project tracking and team execution with appropriate technologies and documentation. • Seek out and share best practices for continuous improvement in ongoing project activity.
