Description Services: K & K Cleaning Solutions agrees to complete one light Move-In/Move-Out cleaning for the following charges: Apartments: 1 Bedroom - $75, 2 Bedroom - $85, 3 Bedroom - $95 Townhomes: 1 bedroom, 1 bath - $85 2 bedroom, 2 bath - $95 3 bedroom, 2 bath - $105 4 bedroom, 2 bath - $125 Homes: 1 bedroom, 1 bath - $95 2 bedroom, 2 bath - $105 3 bedroom, 2 bath - $125 4 bedroom, 2 bath - $145 Move In/Move Out- call for quote Our Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning includes the following: All Rooms: Clean All Light Switches, Dust window sills and ledges, mini-blinds, ceiling fans and baseboards, remove trash (Max 4 Bags), remove cobwebs, vacuum carpeting, sweep entryway clean glass patio door, sweep and mop floors. Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect toilets, tubs and showers, clean sinks and counters, clean mirrors and polish chrome, clean all cabinets in/out, sweep and mop floors. Kitchen: Clean and sanitize sinks, polish chrome, wipe down countertops and surfaces, clean appliances exteriors, clean inside microwave, clean oven & refrigerator in/out, clean all cabinets & pantry in/out, sweep & mop floors. Supplies: We will use our own supplies and equipment unless requested otherwise. Lockouts & Reschedules: If we are unable to enter your home, you will incur a lockout fee of $50. In addition, if your scheduled cleaning falls on the observance of a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service or discuss options. However, if you need to reschedule just give us a call 48 hours before your cleaning day. Failure to do this, will incur in a $50 rescheduling fee. Utilities: If your utilities are off you will be charged a $50 inconvenience fee. In addition, you might be subject to be re-scheduled for a different day. Re-scheduling fees will apply. Furniture & Belongings: If you are still moving in/out during the cleaning you might be subject to a $50 inconvenience fee. In addition, we will be unable to extent our 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. Anything left behind will be considered trash and remove from the property (Excluding large furniture). Term: The term of this agreement shall be only once. You can stop anytime, simply give us a call or e-mail us. However, if you stop prior to your visit, you will be subject to a $50 charge. Payment: You can pay with cash, check a debit or credit card. We accept Visa & MasterCard. Payment is due the day of the cleaning once all work is completed. Guarantee: K & K Cleaning Solutions offers a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee to all its clients. If you are not satisfied with our service, call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean your home until you are 100% satisfied.
