About one month ago I bought the wife a laptop so she can work from home while Im away at conventions. Spent an extra $100+ on the two-year warranty and purchased an anti-virus program that the salesman, who sold me the computer, recommended as reliable. Two weeks into its use the computer catches a virus. Today I brought it into GeekSquad to have it looked at and its going to cost an additional $200 to have the virus(s) removed and for them to instal new anti-virus software. Clever racket youre running there, Best Buy.
