About six weeks ago, my husband wanted to get new mud grips to put on the truck....so, we went to the Dodge dealership to have them order new all terrain tires. He planned on going on a trip home, to Michigan, and needed snow tires.....this was all fine....but he ordered a new rim and tire to use for a spare, even though, we had a spare tire ,up under the truck, that we had never used. All the while, I was complaining to him about spending almost 500.00 for the extra rim and tire since we already had one. Well, everything happens for a reason. I always say.....so, last night, I found out why he just insisted on getting an extra rim and tire to match the others. I was turning in at Dollar General, here in Howe, and ran off unto a huge hole, going about forty mph. I hit a concrete culvert or something, and bounced about ten feet in the air....needless to say, I bent the rim on my front tire, all to hell .Other than that, I dont think that I messed anything up, on my truck; but I found out exactly why he had to buy that extra rim....
