About the real estate in the philippines,----Many japanes do not know the current state of the philippines real estate market, for that reason, if some real states companies tried to sell condominms to Japanese, it may be difficulu at the beggning. However, those condominums being cheap and having the high possibilty of rasing the price, must be attractive for some investers. There are many investers in japan some of whom must be interested in investing in the philippines. But, i feel that many japanese would not try to live in Manila. For them, singapore, Malasia must be more attractive. With rgard to the philippines, the best way to gain profit would be invest in the philippines through FX, others, financial things, stock market---so on. This is my opinion.
