About time!! Lets organize something like this in slc. We need slc, slcpd, and UDOT to step up here and everywhere. Time to call for a step up in enforcement of all traffic laws in densely populated area, especially laws relating to pedestrian and cyclist saftey. Greater consequences for drivers who violate, especially when they harm or kill someone. I have yet to see or even find an example of a citation being issued in slc for pedestrian crosswalk violations. Just as we need drivers to be aware pedestrians, cyclists and skaters need to be very careful and always follow the laws. Unfortunately if a driver makes a mistake and nearly kills you, they will likely be turned away without a slap on wrist. I am proof of that. Be careful near the roads, its up to you to protect yourself until we can get the city and state on board. LETS TAKE OUR STREETS BACK!!!
