About twelve years ago I was blessed to meet u.... U were so very shy and quiet.... But then once I got to know u u really opened up.... U became the quick witted and hyper person that I would later fall in love with.... A few years later I got to be the one who was able to see the love and caring person that u were.... While we were together u were the most kindest caring and loving person that I had ever met.... When u came into my life the way u did my kids fell in love with u almost instantly.... I will never forget the day that I had a hard time getting Ryan to settle down when he was just a baby and when I asked ur daughter to go and get u u came to the park with ur leather jacket and as soon as u held him he calmed and settled right down.... I knew right then and there that there was an instant bond between u and my son.... Who later would call u daddy.... Im very proud to say that my kids had a dad like u.... Despite anything that went on with u and I they were always ur kids and u were proud to be a part of their lives.... Another memory that I have of u is another one that I will forget is the night my little girl looked at the two of us in our living room and said to us both.... Can I call him daddy now? She was about 3 and a half and then later became a daddys girl... She loves u more then I think anyone realizes.... Losing u has been the hardest thing she has had to deal with in her short little life.... Ryan still doesnt fully understand that ur gone :( and it breaks my heart because I know he misses u so much too :-(.... Well a year has passed and its still as hard as the day I first heard :-( I miss u so much that I still often find myself wanting to call u for advice or just to talk cause u were always a good ear.... I appreciate everything that u had done and and did for our kids.... Love and miss u always and forever.... Happy 44th birthday to the greatest man that I ever knew....
