About us The Rx Memorial is a faith based, 501c3 non-profit, visual installation, comprised of donated and recycled prescription medication bottles from around the world. Along with our visual installation we are a National archive of messages and eulogies from survivors of the prescription drug epidemic. We have a goal in mind of collecting 36,500 donated and recycled prescription medication bottles when the Rx Memorial is complete. As the Rx Memorial is growing we are planning on traveling it to wherever we are called and to hold an annual event (first Friday of October) in Lucas County Ohio. Some have called the Rx Memorial: • A ministry • An awareness and prevention initative • Purposeful recycling project • Contemporary Art
