Absentee Ballots will be available Wednesday, October 8th at Hartselle City Hall for the November 4th Municipal Option Election, (Wet/Dry Referendum). Pursuant to Code of Alabama, Section 17-9-30(a), a valid photo ID is required to vote. You may complete the application and vote at the same time. Anyone may pick up an absentee application, but the completed application must be returned by the voter themselves in person or by mail. October 30th will be the last day to apply for an absentee ballot.
