Absolutely BRILLIANT! Initially the cold water challenge was accept AND donate $20 to the challengers choice of charity OR if you didnt complete the challenge you had to donate $100 to the challengers charity of course... Somewhere along the line people stop donating when they accepted the challenge now there many variations because people like Shawn Mallory actually get the point of the cold water challenge and that its purpose is to raise money and awareness not just to get a laugh when you get a reaction out of your nominees when the get the alert youve challenged them...
