Absolutely amazing, brilliant show from the magnificently-talented Lalah Hathaway at Londons The Jazz Cafe! So many highlights and standouts from this superb musician and vocalist....including a medley of Anita Bakers Angel and Earth Earth, Wind & Fires Would You Mind, her stunning original Boston (for she accompanied herself at the keyboards...amazing!), Im Coming Back and an unbelievably soulful reading of Luther Vandross For Always, Forever, For Love. Excellent musicians along with Jason Morales (background vocals) and the two members of DivaGeek (phenomenal - Vula Malinga and Ben Jones)....absolutely mesmerizing, easily one of the best shows of 2014. I first met Lalah in 1990 when I was her media coach, thanks to Jeff Forman and Sharon Heyward at Virgin Records and watching her onstage tonight was just breaktaking!
