Absolutely ridiculous that a man is refused the right to earning a living bc of the horrible government. How is this legal? Charter fishing is already an extremely hard business to make a living and to take days away is ridiculous. We have enough pressure from them regulating everything else, bad weather keeping us at the dock, the regulations of what species are in season or not, and we pay enormous fees for our licenses, permits, fuel, etc. This is hopefully not more of what to come. It started with VMS, then Quota, grouper closed when they are near shore and open when they are farther away, Jew Fish killing all juvenile species-YES I SAID JEW FISH-it is what they will always be called or we can be bad and call them a HEEB. The government is so out of touch with reality. EXTREMELY poor decision AGAIN by the government of what once was the best country in the world. This was after I went to NOAA to look at the government marine weather and it is closed down---While a tropical storm was heading to the Gulf Coast, great thinking about the safety of our citizens. Another nail in the coffin for recreational, commercial and charter fisherman. Im sure the longliners are able to continue to rape our seas though. My rant for the year-but this is absolutely ridiculous. Guess I will go on the obamacare and look at the plan for unemployed fisherman. Anyone have a job in the St Pete area for me, New career is needed.
