According to Forbes, the world had 1 426 billionaires in 2013 (of course there are plenty more dodgy figures like Dos Santos of Angola, Hugo Chavez who stashed US$3billion offshore, Chiluba of Zambia $4billion etc). The 1 426 billionaires had a combined net worth of US$5,4trillion. They have a higher net worth of all countries in the world except the USA, Japan and China. China has a GDP of US8.11 trillion, the US, $16,02trillion,Japan at US$5.88trillion (source: CIA WorldFact Book). Germany falls short of the billionaires at a GDP of US$3,383trillion. Zimbabwe has a GDP of US$9,6billion, less than Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich at $10.2billion and FaceBook founder Mark Zuckerberg at $13.3billion. So much wealth, so much poverty in the world. Jesus must be frowning at the levels of poverty, if 2billion people live on less than a $1 a day. The devil must be smiling. If only 1 426 have so much and the rest of the world population at 7billion we share the balance...the world GDP is US$71,62trillion. The devil is smiling, its a job well done...as for me i am trying to be a thousandanaire chete chete, its proving to be a tall order...even if i rob a bank...
