According to Heather, last week 3 of the best flip candidates of the whole year came on the market. Also, we are quite concerned about our falling supply of single family homes and what that might do to prices starting in March or possibly earlier. In addition. the largest local investment group is touting Edmonton as a hotspot for income properties as our prices are considerably less than Calgary but the rents we charge are not. We saw considerable price increases in single family this year and we expect to see the same or more in a few months-so I wouldnt be selling anything. And, of course, the only thing I am completely certain of is that home prices will go up or down or stay the same.
