According to section 354 of constitution: every citizen has the rights a) to express and publish freely their conviction and opinions. b) to assemble peacefully without arms and holdings processions c) to form associations and organizations d) to develop their language; literature; culture they cherish; religion they profess and custom without prejudice to the relations between one national race and another or among national races and to other faiths. (They are not contrary to existing laws and not impacting the stability and secruity of the state)
