According to the NWS Office in Birmingham, a warm front will lift - TopicsExpress

According to the NWS Office in Birmingham, a warm front will lift northward into Central Alabama early Sunday, putting portions of Central Alabama in a warm sector ahead of the next storm system. At this time, the best chance of severe storms, including damaging winds and isolated tornadoes, will be across the southern half of Central Alabama, highlighted here in red. This area could expand northward depending on how the storm system evolves. The best timeframe for severe storms will be from 7am in the west to 4pm in the east. Heavy rainfall is also possible area wide, so localized flooding is possible as well. We will keep you posted as we receive updates from EMA. Make sure your weather radio is working properly and also stay tuned to local weather professionals.
