"According to the Parks, Recreation and Marine Department staff report, a 1.5-acre piece of land in the southeast corner of El Dorado East Regional Park could be fenced into small and large dog parks including a double entry gate, a path and pads for a drinking fountain and a bench. There is a large parking lot on the other side of the main entrance road, eliminating the need for a separate parking lot, and water pipes already are nearby. The dog park would use some of the fencing already in place on the border of the par, and add 930 feet of 5-foot-tall black vinyl fencing. The current grounds maintenance contract would cover maintenance at the dog park, as well." Haute Dogs
