According to the latest Supreme Court judgement in all cheque bouncing cases, the jurisdiction to file such cases will cases is to be where the drawer bank is situated (where the Accused bank account is situated). So everyone please open a bank account at Leh, Ladakh region and issue as many cheques as you wish and let the Complainant travel out there to institute any cases for cheque bouncing against you. By the way Thank you Supreme Court you have successful knocked out at least a dozen cases from my newly started practice.
