According to the summit meeting between Samdach Hun Sen of CPP and H.E Sam Rainsy of CNRP this morning (Sept.16th in 5 hours at National Assembly Building) in the point 2 of joint statement there is a mention about " Next Rule of Election Plan". As we all love our country so much and as we always pray for our beloved country peace, prosperity, happiness full of integrity and sovereignty. In order to protect our country from being Unrest Political Situation after election and also to make sure the transforming power from loser to winner party going smoothly full of respect each other in the wills of the voters . Then I have a small opinion for our friends in FB reading. The rule should be including: 1-When all polls be closed at 3:00pm for counting the ballots, all president of each party who attend the election must come to the Royal Palace under his majesty the king stays as presidency for waiting the results altogether. 2-Afther that, Prime Minister must speak in national TV and Radio (live) in the front of the king and his counterpart party presidents to assure the nation that he is going to be resigned or to become an opposition if his party loses, and at the meantime he must appeal to military and police stay calm and keep their tasks as usually and wait to work for government in any party who is going to be won at the primarily results in a short while. 3-After Prime Minister, then Military Commander-in-Chief comes to assure the nation in TV and Radio (live) to promise neutral and work for nation in any party who is going to be a winner, and after that National Police Commissioner come to promise to assure peace and security for whole country under the new government. 4-Then come by the opposition party leader to promise and to accept the result of the primarily announcing by NEC. Then will successively come by all presidents of smaller parties for their promising as the same as the president of the main opposition party as well. 5-His majesty the king comes at last to thanks to all president of parties to military and police chiefs for their great promising. 6-During the waiting for the results all president of parties will have a small party under the king hosting, at 6:00pm the results come out everyone in the country and the whole world know the winner, then the loser parties wish the winner success for Cambodia, then the winner promise to work hard for Cambodia prosperity in TV and Radio, then return home to wait for transform the power at the Peace Palace full of nation pride. All these will happen smoothly unless NEC and Constitutional Council really independent first.
