Account Manager: Job description: Responsible for the smooth running of an account and for the production of its advertising. Is expected to build strong relationships and foster good team spirit with both clients and members of the agency teams and departments. Will assist in the development of advertising and creative strategies and will contribute to the sale of great work. Must be able to consider longer term strategic issues, as well as short term implementation ones. Must be able to coach and develop their reports. Believes in the fact that ‘nothing is impossible’, and possesses the agency’s values at the core of all of what we do: insight, craftsmanship and integrity.
