Accounting students Hannah Preston, Margaret Bowen and Jing Ye made it to the final round of judging in the CGA Case Competition, held March 22-23 at George Brown College. Participants had two hours to devise a resolution to a set case study. Teams then had 15 minutes to present their solutions to a panel of judges, and faced five minutes of questioning. The top five teams were selected from the twenty that participated in the competition, and then had to present their case a second time before all of the other colleges and judges. Fleming’s students placed fourth overall and wowed the judges with their financial analysis.
