Accounts Payable Specialist needed for a full service environmental transportation company in San Bernardino, CA. PAY RATE:$13.00 an hour WORK SCHEDULE:Days: Mon-Friday Shift: DayHours per week: 40 JOB DUTIES:Process accounts payable transactionsConduct accounts receivable collections. Maintain A/R collections weekly report. Send out weekly and monthly collection status to past due customers. Assist with billing as needed. Conduct monthly billing for bin rentals Research vendor and customer problems as needed Required:Must have recent work experience with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable transactionsMust have work experience with QuickBooks softwareMust have good customer service and problem resolving skills. Background in Construction or the Transportation industry is a plus.
