Accounts Receivable Clerk - Sydney Our client is a global FMCG with strong market leading brands and a reputation for hiring the best people. They have a high performance, collaborative culture. A 13 months maternity leave contract has become available for an Accounts Receivable Clerk, reporting to the Accounts Supervisor. In a team of four, team members support each other to achieve the Receivables KPIs. Your responsibilities will include Processing of remittances Cash and cheque banking High volume of processing sales and stock claims Maintain major customers eg. Metcash, Coles and Pharmacy Wholesalers. Also a large number of small accounts for Australia & NZ Emailing of invoices and statements to customers Maintaining outstanding claims reports Handling internal & external phone enquiries In addition to a competitive salary they offer on-site parking and discounted staff purchases. Successful candidates will demonstrate High volume AR experience with grocery and retail customers, ideally in FMCG Strong Excel skills Experience using enterprise AR systems, JD Edwards preferred but not essential Clear and fluent communication skills Supportive, team player Hours of work are 8.30am to 4.30pm.
